No doctor–patient relationship from browsing

Reading this site, or sending us a message through it, does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That begins only when you have completed intake and a licensed clinician has accepted you as a patient.

Partners

Aethera Cellular Medicine is a platform of partner brands. Each division is run with a named partner who holds its own licences and is responsible for its own services. It is not one company doing all of this. A partner named on these sites is responsible for its own services, its own licensing and its own clinical decisions.

Payment

We are cash-pay. We do not bill insurance, and no federal healthcare program money is involved in anything we do.

Many of our services can be paid for with an HSA or FSA card, and some cannot. Eligibility is set by IRS rules and decided by your plan administrator, not by us. Cosmetic treatments are specifically excluded. We mark each service with what we understand its status to be, we give you an itemised receipt with the codes your administrator needs, and we will write a Letter of Medical Necessity where one genuinely applies.
