Three ways to be seen
Online, at your door, or in a clinic.
Which one you get is a practical question about where you live and what you need. It is not a tier, and the online route is not the cheap version.
Online clinic
Residents of every U.S. state and the District of Columbia can join the online clinic. A specific test or treatment can still have its own state limits, and we show any limit that applies in your state before you pay for it.
Concierge
Concierge visits are available in 48 states. We do not offer concierge care in Massachusetts or New York. The online clinic is open in both.
Clinics
No Aethera clinic is open yet. Three are in development in Nashville, Miami and Madison, Wisconsin, and a fourth is planned for Bogotá in early 2027. We will say so plainly here the day one opens, and not before.
The part most places skip
Your results go to a clinician, not to your inbox.
Joining the online clinic registers you with an Aethera medical team. When your results come back they are already in the system, and a clinician reviews them with you and talks through your options. You do not have to go and find someone to interpret them, and you are not handed a PDF and left there.
What happens after you join
- You join online and are registered with an Aethera medical team.
- You collect your sample, or we draw it on a concierge visit.
- Results land in your chart, already attached to your record.
- A clinician reads them and walks you through what they mean.
- You decide what, if anything, to do next. Nothing is automatic.

Paying for it
Cash-pay, and honest about HSA and FSA.
We are cash-pay. We do not bill insurance, and no federal healthcare program money is involved in anything we do.
Many of our services can be paid for with an HSA or FSA card, and some cannot. Eligibility is set by IRS rules and decided by your plan administrator, not by us. Cosmetic treatments are specifically excluded. We mark each service with what we understand its status to be, we give you an itemised receipt with the codes your administrator needs, and we will write a Letter of Medical Necessity where one genuinely applies.

HIPAA, and what that actually means here.
We handle your health information under HIPAA. Our Notice of Privacy Practices sets out what we collect, who sees it and the rights you have over it.
Cell and tissue products in the United States are regulated by the FDA. We only use products that are lawfully marketed for the use we put them to, and where a treatment is investigational we say so and tell you what that means. If a clinic offers you a stem cell treatment for a disease and cannot tell you which FDA pathway it sits under, that is the question to keep asking.
